Lady Gaga bares almost all on the cover of Rolling Stone's annual "Hot List," which hit newsstands today.
The "Poker Face" singer, who is known for her eccentric style, told the mag, "I don’t feel like I look like the other perfect little pop singers. I think I’m changing what people think is sexy.”
