Britney's repeat performances

After performing at the Bambi Awards in Germany, Britney also performed "Womanizer" at a taping of Star Academy (France's version of American Idol) and of X-Factor (UK's version) within the same week.

The pop princess performed the same routine, to the same remix, with only a few tweaks and a different wardrobe.

Why is her label trying to pimp her out so much? Don't they realize that it could be too much?

Check out the performances below.

Quote of the Day

"I don't think I'm a sexy, beautiful woman. I look like Ted Nugent in a black wig" - Transformers star Megan Fox to the News of the World.

Britney's comeback performance!

This is the moment we Britney fans have all been waiting for!

Thursday night, Britney Spears did her first live performance since her MTV disaster last year.

The pop princess performed an edgy rendition of her current single, "Womanizer" at the Bambi Awards in Germany.

The mix was rockin', the circus theme was hot, and she looked very Madonna-esque in her top hat and bodysuit.

It wasn't her best, but at least she wasn't stumbling in her heels like last time!

Check out the video below!

Speidi's wedding was fake!

Image via people.com

This isn't really surprising...after all, they are MTV "reality" stars on the show that everyone knows is completely fake (The Hills).

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag admitted yesterday that their wedding in Mexico last weekend is not legal.

In a joint statement, the couple said,

“We had a beautiful ceremony here…officiated by a minister and photographed by the hotel photographer. We’ve never been happier. And, like other elopements that happen outside the country, we’ll take care of the legal details when we get home.”

Also...isn't it funny how MTV just happened to get footage of the wedding that was supposed to be a "secret?"

Converse plays Santa Claus

Image via converse.com

This is a pretty brilliant marketing ploy.

Converse, the famous brand of sneakers, has gone all out for the holidays, offering to help you with your Christmas shopping.

On their website, you can choose "Sneaky Santa" or "Obvious Santa" to either find out what your friends and family want for Christmas, or to let them know which sneakers are your fav.

If you're sneaky, you can pick three gifts that you think your friend, family member, boyfriend/girlfriend, etc. might like, and send them an anonymous e-mail asking them to chose their fav. You'll then get an e-mail back with their answer, and you can just click and buy!

If you're obvious, you can pick three gifts that you really want, and e-mail them off to those people who are bound to buy you gifts.

To top it all off, for every e-mail you ask Converse to send, you'll be entered to win a $75 gift card.

I'm thinking this year I'll be obvious...those blue sequined sneakers are divine!

Luella Bartley wins at the British Fashion Awards

Brooke Burke wins Dancing with the Stars!

Image via latimes.com

Model Brooke Burke took home the famous mirror ball trophy last night, when she was crowned the winner of Dancing with the Stars.

The night before, the 37-year-old mother of four performed an outstanding Grease-inspired freestyle routine (shown below) with her partner, Derek Hough, which the judges dubbed "the best freestyle" they've ever seen. Naturally, they were given a score of 10.

Her Viennese waltz last night earned her a perfect score with the judges, giving her an 88 out of 90 in total (including her scores from a group Samba routine).

Football star, Warren Sap and his partner Kym Johnson were the runner-ups, and N*Sync member, Lance Bass and his partner Lacey Schwimmer were in third.

Brooke is no Kristi Yamaguchi, but I am ecstatic for Derek! He is truly one of the best professionals on the show (along with his sister, Julianne Hough and his best friend, Mark Ballas), and he definitely deserved to win!

What did you think of the final outcome?

Britney on the cover of Rolling Stone!

Image via rollingstone.com

Britney Spears graces this month's cover of Rolling Stone magazine, looking amazing.

Wearing a simple ensemble of jeans and a t-shirt, she looks like the healthy, softer, and more down-to-earth Britney we used to know and love.

In the mag, the star talks about her new album, Circus, her new lifestyle, her kids, and her failed marriage.

On not revealing too much on Circus:
"It's scary to put yourself out there and be like, 'Oh, God, is that cool?' If you're not going to really go for it, you can't just go there halfway...But sometimes, when you go for it, you can't lose."
On opting to stay in at home, rather than partying into the A.M.:
"I feel like an old person now...I go to bed at, like, 9:30 every night, and I don't go out or anything, you know what I mean? I just feel like an old fart."

You can pick up your copy of Rolling Stone on November 28.

Leighton Meester for Reebok

Finally! Gossip Girl's Queen B, Leighton Meester, has just landed her own ad campaign, which were shot in New York last Saturday.

Surprisingly, the character who plays Blair Waldorf on the hit CW series will be the new face of Reebok.

Yes, Reebok. The sneakers. Sound familiar?

The ironic thing is, no one on Gossip Girl even wears sneakers. Are these companies hinting at product placement?

No word yet on when the ads will be released.

In the meantime, we're left to wonder...is Penn Badgley for Adidas next?

Miley's craaaaazyyyy!

Someone forgot to take her ritalin in the morning!

Miley Cyrus
appeared on the Ellen Degeneres Show where she was grilled with questions about her rumoured boyfriend, Justin Gaston.

The 15-year-old Hannah Montana could not stop giggling and fidgeting when Ellen talked about 20-year-old Gaston.

Rihanna for Gucci: Tattoo Heart

Image via theinsider.com

As previously reported, Rihanna is teaming up with Gucci in an ad campaign for their new collection, "Tattoo Heart."

The ads were first seen in Vogue UK's December issue, and are also in this month's issue of Vanity Fair featuring Kate Winslet on the cover.

Now, a commercial has been released as part of the campaign...and it's pretty disappointing.

It looks like they just filmed while Rihanna was posing for the pictures. I love Rihanna and Gucci...but really, two minutes of watching Rihanna pose to some mediocre music? Not exactly what I'd expect from both of them.

What do you think? Check out the video below.

Barbie's a fashionista

Image via vogue.com

For Barbie's 50th birthday, she's getting the ultimate fashion makeover from 50 big-named designers.

Mattel Inc. is planning on marketing Barbie as a fashion brand, complete with a runway show that will be part of New York Fashion Week

The 50 designers will produce life-sized outfits inspired by the doll based on a series of different celebrations. Vera Wang will create a life-size wedding gown which includes a Barbie wearing the mini version and Jeremy Scott will create a capsule collection inspired by her.

In Shanghai, a House of Barbie will be opening, and a new range of beauty products, with names such as "All Doll'd Up" will be out in 2009.

Mattel is also embarking on a three-year partnership with the Council of Fashion Designers of America from next February, as well as sponser New York's Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.

"For many young girls, [Barbie is] their first association with fashion and dressing up and changing clothes," said Fern Mallis, senior vice president at IMG Fashion in New York.

Now, if only I could be a little girl again...and dress her up in Alexander Wang and Chanel...

More Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas drama!

Image via popcrunch.com

After Joe Jonas's relationship with Camille Belle became public, his ex, Taylor Swift told Ok! magazine, "They've been together since we broke up. That's why we broke up - because he met her."

But Joe isn't letting Taylor ruin his good rep.

In the Jonas Brothers' official blog, Joe spoke out for the first time about his relationship with Swift, saying their breakup was merely due to a "change of heart."

Although he did not mention any names, it was pretty obvious who he was talking about:

This blog is not an attack of anyone. Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart. This was the case recently.

Several things I will state with all my heart…

I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me.

For those who have expressed concern over the "27 second" phone call. I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call. The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear.

There were later attempts at communication that had no response.

I wish the best for the other person but could not sit back any longer and leave our fans with a wrong impression of the truth.

Hope this helps enlighten a little.

Looks like Taylor doesn't handle heartbreak very well!

Joe Jonas has a new girlfriend

Boy does he bounce back fast!

Just a month after breaking Taylor Swift's heart, Joe Jonas is now seeing 10,000 BC actress Camilla Belle.

A source told People magazine that Belle is "a really good girl" who seems to "share a lot of the same characteristics and morals" as Jonas.

The two met on the set for the Jonas Brothers' music video, "Lovebug," in which the 22-year-old actress made an appearance.

"They met on the set of his music video," the source told the mag. "All the guys always had thought she was really pretty and that's why they asked her to be in it."

So will the two publicly announce their relationship anytime soon?

"They are not public about it but they've just been hanging out with their friends and Joe's brothers," explains the source. "They are very private about it."

Let's see how long it lasts...and how he'll end up breaking her heart!

Ed Westwick for K-Swiss

Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick has landed a fashion campaign!

The actor who portrays Chuck Bass will be the new face, or feet, of K-Swiss.

He is currently being shot in New York City for the upcoming television and print ads that will promote the iconic Classic shoe.

The print ads will feature Bass holding tennis balls, rackets and guitars, and for television, he'll be singing "Come Flash All You Ladies," a song by his band, The Filthy Youth.

"It's going to be very Brit cool, blending tennis and music," a source told E!Online.

The campaign is said to be launching in February.

But the biggest question is...will Chuck now be sporting the Classic shoe as well?

Joe Jonas is a heartbreaker...

Image via people.com

Country superstar, Taylor Swift, is finally opening up about her failed relationship with Joe Jonas, and is even singing about it on her new album.

Her song "Forever and Always" which apears on her new album Fearless, coming out on Nov. 11, is inspired by their split that happened this past October.

"[It's] a song about watching somebody completely fade away in a relationship and wondering what you did wrong," she told People.

She also told the mag. that she prefers to stay single for the time being.

"I would hate to jump into something so quickly and have it not be the right thing, because I don't think I could take that right now," she said.

While they were together, the two never confirmed that they were dating, but Swift now admits that Jonas was the only guy who's ever hurt her "deeply."

"It's been tough," she told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show. "You just have to try to realize someday you'll find someone that's right for you."

But rather than openly saying she hates him, Swift poked fun at Jonas on a video log on her MySpace page.

Check out the video below. At around the 4:20 mark, she holds up a Joe Jonas doll and says, "See, this one even comes with a phone. So he can break up with other dolls." A little bit after, she holds up a Taylor Swift doll and says, "Stay away from him, ok?"

You know you're not over your ex when...

...you tell the world how much you hate him, and you get your current boyfriend to dress up as him for Halloween.

Yes, the one and only, Miley Cyrus proclaimed her hatred towards ex-boyfriend, Nick Jonas, during one of her recent performances (see below), when she introduced her song "7 Things" by saying, "It's for all the girls, I guess guys out there too, that hate their, uh...ex-boyfriend." At the end, she added, "I still hate you."

Meanwhile, her 2o-year-old boyfriend, Justin Gaston, decided to dress up as Nick for Halloween (pictured above), while Miley's older sister's boyfriend dressed up as another one of the Jonas Brothers.

Just goes to show that Miley really is a bitch. Please, I know you're only 15, but if you're trying to make yourself look and seem older, then at least grow up and stop being so immature.
