Chace Crawford arrested

Uh oh. Looks like the cast of Gossip Girl enjoys causing some trouble, even when they're not in the Upper East Side.

Chace Crawford was arrested in his hometown of Plano, Texas, early this morning after cops allegedly found him in possession of marijuana (See police report here).

The 24-year-old was busted while he was in a '03 Nissan outside of Ringo's Pub with a friend.  Police say he had less than two ounces of pot with him.


He bailed out soon after, and was officially charged with a misdemeanor, which carries a 6 month maximum sentence.

Looks like it's another case of life imitating art. After all, Nate Archibald was a huge pothead in the Gossip Girl series.

It's okay Chace, we still love you.

Fashion's Night Out - New York

Last night, Vogue's Fashion's Night Out took place in several locations worldwide, including New York and London.

The event was held in order to enliven the consumer spirit, and to boost the local industry of America's fashion capital, New York City.

Many big-names in the fashion industry were in attendance, including Vogue's editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour and editor-at-large, Andre Leon Talley. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were bartending at Barneys, Canadian supermodel Coco Rocha showed off her Irish dancing moves at DKNY, Taylor Momsen performed with her band, The Pretty Reckless at the Teen Vogue block party, and much, much more!

SPOTTED: Chace and Ashley sitting in a car...

...are they kissing? Why, yes, they are!

Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford and Twilight's Ashley Greene were spotted smooching early Monday morning.

The two were seen engaging in some heavy kissing when Crawford dropped Greene off at the airport in Los Angeles to head back to Vancouver, where she's filming the latest Twilight film.

And speaking of Ashley Greene...the star who places Alice Cullen was also caught in a nude photo scandal today. The photos, are indeed confirmed to be legit.

Her attorneys issued a public statement saying, "The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed. Our client intends to take legal action."

Wonder what Chace thinks of this?

Chace Crawford Tops People's Hottest Bachelors List

Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford has been crowned People magazine's Hottest Bachelor.

The 23-year-old, who just landed the lead role in the Footloose movie remake, revealed to the magazine that he talks to his parents everyday, vacations with his younger sister, and considers dating a married woman a "definite no," unlike his GG character.

He also shared the following:

On his first kiss: "It was fifth grade. Her name was Kiley Smith and she was my best friend's twin sister. It was one of those super-awkward things. We were at camp, on a lake, really picturesque – it's kind of seared into memory! We're still friends."

On a perfect date: "All you need is a pool table, beer, an electric jukebox and good conversation. The day a girl beats me in a game of Beirut [a kind of beer pong] is a good sign!"

On dating Carrie Underwood: "I have nothing bad to say about that experience. It was awesome. I just didn't know how to deal with it. I learned a ton about dating someone in that kind of spotlight. It was such a whirlwind, but no regrets."

Chace Crawford to star in Footloose remake

Move over Kevin Bacon!

Paramount Pictures confirmed yesterday that Chace Crawford will star in the Footloose remake.

The Gossip Girl hunk was offered to play the lead role of Ren McCormack, after Zac Efron turned down the role in March.

"I want to grow a bit with the types of movies I want to make," Efron said in April. "It was more along the lines that I was looking for a new challenge, and this was another musical."

The film will be produced and directed by Kenny Ortega, who also directed High School Musical.

Hayden Panettiere, Amanda Bynes and Julianne Hough have also auditioned for the movie.

Footloose will begin shooting in March 2010.

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester was spotted kissing co-stars Chace Crawford (a.k.a. Nate Archibald) AND Ed Westwick (Chuck Bass)...wearing the same outfit! Not likely for Blair Wardolf to wear the same outfit twice...

For those of you who don't know, Chuck and Nate are best friends, and they both have been romantically involved with Blair...

So does this mean she hooks up with both boys in the same episode?

An inside source told E! Online, "If she was in the same outfit, it was probably to throw off the photogs. But she does kiss both [Nate and Chuck] at some point in the last couple of episodes."

GG producer Josh Schwartz says that the love triangle will be a "big part of the storyline."

"It's graduation, so it's all about what is the future for these characters and the show? Where's everyone going to be next year? Chuck, Blair and Nate are obviously a big story we're telling," he told E!

My bets are she'll go back with Nate for a while...but once they break up, Chuck will be there to pick up the pieces!

Lewis has recently admitted to having a crush on Crawford, and "couldn't resist flirting with [him]" even though she's been dating her electrician boyfriend since she was nine, a source told Star Magazine recently.

"Even when the shoot was finished, Chace and Leona hung out. You could tell Chace really liked her, and it looked like the feelings were mutual," the source added.

Leona has said Chace is "one of the nicest people [she's] met."

After spending Thanksgiving at Chace's house, the three were waiting at the airport for their flights home.

After Chace departed on an earlier flight, Ed and Jessica were spotted flirting, and even smooching!

"Definitely on the lips," a source told W magazine. "Not a French kiss, but a smooch definitely. They were being very flirty when people were not paying attention."

Gossip Girl hunk, Chace Crawford, sported a retro look on the cover of VMan magazine. In the interview, he spoke out about the success Gossip Girl has brought.

“It’s ironic that on [‘Gossip Girl’] we’re stalked by a blogger, and now we’re the subject of that in real life. The bloggers fabricate everything, and it gets picked up by the whole gossip world. It’s just one of those things you can’t get sucked into,” he said.
