The pair have been separated for almost three weeks after Brown allegedly attacked Rihanna on Feb. 8.
"They're together again. They care for each other," a source source told the mag. "While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves."
Brown reportedly called Rihanna last week to wish her a happy birthday.
"They reached out to each other. It's been mutual," said another source.
The two are currently spending time together at one of Sean "Diddy" Combs's homes.
This is wrong! I thought Rihanna would be smarter than this!
