The second single from John Legend's upcoming album, Evolver, has been released!

It's called "If You're Out There," and it's a beautiful song with a great message. I wasn't too crazy about "Green Light" featuring Andre 3000. This song sounds much more like the John Legend I love.

Coco Avant Chanel

Production for Warner Brothers' Coco Chanel biopic, Coco Avant Chanel, will start on September 15th in Paris.

French actress, Audrey Tautou (also the face of Chanel No.5), will star, and Karl Lagerfeld will supervise the re-creation of costumes and accessories.

The film will also feature dresses from the Chanel collection.

I can't wait to see this film!

Chris Brown and Rihanna taking it to the next level

Things are getting serious for Chris Brown and Rihanna. The star-powered couple, who have yet to admit to being together, even though they've been spotted cuddling and making out with each other numerous times, are said to be moving in together.

According to an insider, Rihanna has been searching for a condo in Los Angeles since July, and has also looked at units at Sierra Tower in Beverly Hills. She's so determined to find a home to share with her sweetheart, that she even has new listings e-mailed to her when she's out of town.

"She and Chris want to live together," says the insider. "They play their music loud though, so they want a condo that's soundproof."

There's been talk that they're a little too young...Rihanna is only 20, and Chris 19. But, they're both successful adults, and everyone knows that being in the industry and spotlight pretty much makes you older than you already are!

Maybe now they'll admit to being a couple!

Reality television can get you far...

The Hills cast member, Whitney Port has landed a gig at Dianne Von Furtsenberg. MTV's cameras have been spotted at the fashion house's office in New York.

Whitney seems to be fairly deserving of the positions she has received, and I'm happy to see her there instead of the incompetent Lauren Conrad. But, one of Whitney's friends has also been hired by Von Furtsenberg...meaning, this could be another set-up.

The mass lingerie brand is making a "coffee table" book called "Supermodel Obsession." The book is said to be much like their catalogues, except without your name and address stamped in the corner.

Featured in the book will be Victoria's Secret Angels, including Adriana Lima and new mom, Alessandra Ambrosio.

According to Karl Lagerfeld, bears are in, dolls are out.

The renowned designer, and head of Chanel and Fendi will have his own teddy bear at Neiman Marcus next month, for the low price of $1,500.

"Leave it to Karl Lagerfeld to create a teddy bear that is imperious, lethally chic and yet totally endearing," says the September issue of W magazine.

These bears are limited-edition with only 2,500 being made!

"Bears are very nice, as long as you are nice to them … Nothing scares me more than people with some doll collection. Frightening," says Karl.

If only I could afford it..it would be the closest I'd ever get to Karl!

Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio has given birth to a baby girl in Brazil on Sunday.

"To all of our family and friends, we are pleased to announce that our little princess Anja Louise Ambrosio Mazur was born on Sunday Aug 24 at 7:32 p.m.," she said."She is 6.3 lbs. and absolutely perfect."

The baby daddy is her boyfriend Jamie Mazur. They have been dating since 2005.

Dancing with the Stars Lineup!

It's that time again! Dancing with the Stars is going for its seventh season this year, with another exciting lineup of stars. They're spicing it up as usual by adding a couple of pornstars (well, maybe not quite, but you'll see what I mean as you read on), two Olympic gold medalists, a chef and the oldest and youngest contestants ever to compete on the show.

As usual, I'm pretty unfamiliar with most of the celebrities, but some notable names are Toni Braxton, Lance Bass, Kim Kardashian and Cody Linley (a.k.a. Jake Ryan on Hannah Montana!!). Returning is professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Also, Lacey Schwimmer from So You Think You Can Dance is set to be one of the professional dancers on the show, along with Corky Ballas, father of reigning champion Mark Ballas.

Idol to add fourth judge

I guess the producers of American Idol knew they needed to shake things up a bit in order to keep interest of the public!

Idol is set to have a fourth judge for its eighth season in January of next year.

Joining Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and Randy Jackson, is grammy-nominated songwriter, Kara DioGuard. She is the woman responsible for writing songs for Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Celine Dion, Pink, Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers, along with Idol alumni Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkson.

“We are turning the heat up on Idol this year and are thrilled to welcome Kara to the judges’ table,” said Simon Fuller, the creator of the show. “She is a smart, sassy lady, and one of America’s most successful songwriters. We know she will bring a new level of energy and excitement to the show.”

A fourth judge on the show isn't a new idea, as the producers have always intended to add one more person to the mix.

“We’ve seen from our international series that having a fourth judge creates a dynamic that benefits both the contestants and the viewers,” said executive producer Cecile Frot-Coutaz.

The producers are also hoping that by adding another female to the panel, there will be a lot more "girl power" on the show.

Wonder what Paul thinks of this! This is probably the first step in kicking her out!

Although Ed Westwick portrays a jerk on Gossip Girl, he seems to have a sensitive side in real-life.

"I’ve been writing a lot of poetry recently,” Westwick, told people.com during a launch party for Coca-Cola’s new aluminum bottles at New York City’s Soho Grand. “It helps me think and work things out.”

He shared a poem from memory that he wrote at six in the morning, but says that nothing he's been writing has a "definitive point of aim."

“I feel like you just need to keep writing until the writing itself just begins to take shape.”

Former Spice Girl, Melanie C. a.k.a. Sporty Spice, is pregnant with her longtime boyfriend, Thomas Starr.

On her website, she posted, “Well, I can now announce that Tom and I are expecting a baby and we are very happy. As I’m sure you’ll understand we needed time to wait for results and tell our families. Thank you for all your kindness, good wishes and support (even if it was based on speculation!). You all know how much I value my privacy so I’m sure I can rely on you to respect that, particularly at this time. I will be taking it easy but am also excited to start writing for the fifth album. I’ll need some time off to be a mum but, before you know it, I’ll be back.”

He was born at 12:46 p.m. through a c-section and weighed 8 1/2 lbs.

Gossip Girl Season Two Premiere Party!

Not too sure what happened with their stylists here, or maybe lack thereof. Taylor Momsen's dress was cute, but far too short for my liking. Chace Crawford and Penn Badgley were mediocre-ly dressed, and what happened to Ed Westwick and Jessica Szhor?? Blake Lively and Leighton Meester looked lovely as usual, but best dressed of the night would have to go to Nicole Fiscella in her flapper-inspired dress.

Nevertheless, can't wait for September 1st!

Clue Gets a Makeover!

Say goodbye to Miss Scarlet and Colonel Mustard, and hello to a whole new persona of characters to join the newly-updated Clue game.

Hasbro Inc. has revamped the classic 60-year-old game for "today's tabloid culture" to include younger characters, different weapons, and new rooms.

The setting of the game is now a modern mansion, where parties of the rich and famous take place. New rooms include a spa, a theatre, and a guesthouse.

Although the characters' last names remain their sames, their first names and bios have been updated. Miss Scarlet is now Kasandra Scarlet, a famous actress often appearing in the tabloids, Mr. Green is now Jacob Green, an African-American "with all the ins," Colonel Mustard is now Jack Mustard, a former football player, and Professor Plum is now Victor Plum, a billionaire video game designer.

The characters also have special powers to help them discover clues more quickly. There are also new "intrigue" and "clock" cards to add clues and eliminate players.

The lead pipe, revolver, and wrench are no longer part of the game, and have been replaced with a dumbbell, trophy, and poison. Other newly added weapons include a pistol, an axe, and a baseball bat.

This new version will be a replacement for the original Clue that is currently in stores. Rob Daviau, one of the designers of the new version, assures that Hasbro was very conscious when updating the game.

"We wanted something that the mom or dad who's bringing home for the family [could say], 'This is what I remember, and this is what I want to play with my kids,' " Daviau says. "At the same time, we wanted something the kids would feel like it belonged to them."

This "21st century" Clue will be available in stores in the fall. Can't wait to try it out..I'm hoping it'll be a lot more enjoyable than the updated version of The Game of Life. I much preferred the original!

Sources have revealed exclusively to perezhilton.com, that Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling are back together!

The two first met on the set of The Notebook, and preceded to continue their romance in real-life. The two had a brief split, but are now in Toronto and "very happy."

This makes me so happy! I love them as a couple!

Obama gets his own fashion line

Presidential candidate, Barack Obama will be getting his own fashion line next month.

A dozen items, including t-shirts and totes, will be on sale at Obama.com.

The twist? The items have been sketched out by Diane Von Furstenberg, Derek Lam, and other CFDA members. The clothing will also have a launch party during New York Fashion Week at Charles Nolan's studio.

It'll be interesting to see who will be sporting these items in actual support of Obama, or for who designed them.

Brad Pitt Partners up with Kiehl's.

Brangelina really does make the world a better place.

While Angelina is caring for her newborn twins, Brad Pitt is partnering up with Kiehl's cosmetics for a worthy cause.

However, unlike most celebrity lines, Pitt's name will not appear on the brand's Aloe Vera Biodegradable Liquid Body Cleanser, and he won't take part in any of its ads. The sole purpose of the campaign is to raise funds for charity, rather than boost the incomes of the star and the beauty firm.

The cleanser is 100% Cradle to Cradle certified, meaning that it would be biodegraded within 28 days. 100% of the profits will go to Make It Right, Pitt's organization which funds the construction of environmentally sustainable and affordable housing for victims of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.

Look for the cleansers in store in October.

Perezhilton.com is reporting that Tyra Banks has no consideration for her audience while taping The Tyra Show.

She apparently kept the audience waiting for almost two hours for the show's "Celebrating Black Models, Past, Present and Future" episode, while she was having a grand time with the crew backstage.

One audience member said, "You could hear her going on and on because she was standing right behind the stage curtain. She's talking and talking. Meanwhile, you have the entire audience waiting almost two hours for the taping to start."

When she finally came on stage, she didn't even acknowledge the members of the audience, let alone give an explanation for what kept them waiting.

"She acted so cold towards everyone," said an audience member. "She's a phony."

Another source reports that when addressing the guest models, "Tyra kept saying, 'When I was a model,' and would hardly let them talk. It was all about her, as usual."

At the end of the show, Tyra dragged the audience out on the street to release black balloons. Many of them were whining that it was bad for the environment, and it was so disorganized that two little girls almost got trampled.

"Tyra was acting like it was a live sporting event instead of the most self-indulgent, narcissistic crap."

Releasing black balloons out on the street? Reverting all the attention to herself? Sounds like typical Tyra to me!

John Mayer talks about break-up

After his break-up with Jennifer Aniston, John Mayer has been trying to avoid the paparazzi, until Ok! Magazine caught up with him.

After much speculation about who broke up with who, Mayer revealed to the magazine that he did the breaking up.

"I ended a relationship because there was no lying," he explained to OK!. "I ended a relationship to be alone because I don't want to waste somebody's time if something's not right. I don't waste people's time. I don't do the taper. I guarantee you there's 20 percent of the people on the street right now who are in a relationship they wish they could get out of but they don't know how. And I'm going to be honest on the way in to my relationships and I'm going to be honest on the way out of my relationships.

"People have different chemistry, they have different lives. It's not about years, it's about going out with somebody, being truthful on the way in, being truthful in the middle and being truthful on the way out. You're either a cheater or you break up and I'm not the first, I'm the second. And that's it. There's no lying, there's no bullshshit."

He described the splut as "the most normal thing in the world" and apologized for the story being "not interesting."

He also spoke very highly of Aniston, saying, "Jennifer Aniston is the smartest, most sophisticated person I think I've ever met. She's one of the most lovely people I've ever met in my life."

Can't say I agree with him there!

I wonder if she's ruined, like those other girls John's been with!

John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston have reportedly broken up.

According to The Mirror, Aniston was dumped by Mayer.

"There's been a bit of tension for some time," says a source close to Mayer. "They initially opted for a break, hoping a trial split might make them stronger. Sadly it doesn't seem to have worked. John took the decision to end things as he felt he just wasn't ready for the level of commitment that Jennifer deserved. Initially, Jennifer was furious when he told her of his decision but now she's simply sad - not to mention a little heartbroken. They have spoken on the phone since the split and are trying to remain on good terms. But unless John has a dramatic change of heart, it's unlikely they'll rekindle their romance."

America's Next Top Model is selling out, again.

Remember last season when "plus-sized" model Whitney Thompson won the competition, even though it was clear to the audience that her competitor, Anya, was a much better model than she was?

In fact, it was reported that Whitney was scouted for the show, and asked to gain weight to her size two body, in order to be considered a "full-figured" model.

The Jonas Brothers have just released their album, A Little Bit Longer, and they are expected to beat Miley Cyrus in their debut.

Miley topped album charts by selling 371,000 copies of Breakout in its first week.

The Jonas Brothers are expected to sell around 725, 000, almost double of what Miley sold.

They are also the first group in history to sell more than 100,000 digital downloads for three consecutive singles ("Burning Up", "Play My Music", and "Pushin' Me Away")

The September issue of W magazine gives us a sneak peak of H&M's latest capsule collection, designed by Comme des Garcons.

1. No kids' stuff. H&M says, "We wanted something for kids, but she [Rei] didn't feel like it, so we didn't."

2. The line is, "mostly black and with Japanese tomboy airs, the H&M collection includes a range of tailored jackets, many deconstructed, along with cropped pants, baggy shorts and a variety of skirts in stretch wool. On the perkier side are polkadot knits in jersey or merino wool, colorful shirts - some with dots - and a "showpiece" coat-dress decorated here and there with dense Victorian ruffles."

3. There'll also be a unisex perfume with notes of cedar and patchouli.

In Denial

A couple of days ago, Heroes star, Hayden Pannetiere's father, Alan, was arrested for domestic violence. He was later released on $50,000 bail.

It was reported that Alan got into an argument with wife, Leslie Pannetiere, and struck her three times in the face, leaving bruises.

Leslie called the police, who saw that she was visibly bruised.

Now, the two are trying to tame the story, and are claiming that it was all a "big misunderstanding," and that "nothing actually happened."

They even go as far as saying,, "Leslie wasn't even aware that [Alan] had been arrested," and that they "love each other very much and want everyone to know that the matter was completely blown out of proportion."

I know media image is very important to people, and they are probably trying to protect Hayden as well, but lying about something so serious is definitely wrong. We'll see how the story unfolds in the future!

Zac Efron has a hissy fit

Zac Efron recently attended Ashley Tisdale's 23rd birthday party at the DKNY Malibu Beach House along with girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens.

The pair were being stalked by the paparazzi, to the point where the photogs tried to jump the fence to follow them inside.

This seemed to put Efron in a worse mood than he was already in. He refused to socialize and complained that there were too many people at the party.

But his temper escalated when he saw a guest taking random photos of the party. Efron, assuming the photos were of him, jumped across the pool and screamed to the guest, "Do you wanna picture of me? Do you?"

Little did he know, the photographer was actually one of the beach house's publicists. Efron apologized, then retreated to the washroom to straighten his hair, alongside Hudgens and Tisdale.

Oh the drama!

"I've kissed just three people in my life, other than stuff that I've done for TV or movies," she says. "I know – I'm weird! I hope Brad Pitt doesn't hear this. He's never going to want to marry me!"

Lively also said her high school life was much more down-to-earth, compared to her character's.

"I was class president, on the cheerleading squad, in a competitive show choir, and in, like, six different clubs," she said.

"I don't drink. I don't do drugs. But I do sleep around a lot."

It's nice to see a girl on the cover of Cosmo that doesn't scream sex, but still is still a Cosmo girl at heart.

Monopoly Shoes?

Is this a trend that will appeal to the sneakerheads out there?

Hasbro (the makers of the popular board games) has teamed up with Reebok to create a line of shoes based on Monopoly for toddlers, kids, and adults.

Inspiration came from well-known game pieces, such as dice, tokens, Chance and Community Chest cards, houses and hotels, and MONOPOLY money, to create details for the laces, prints, colors and the overall design of the shoes.

The first wave is set to debut at the end of the month, and will range from $75-80.

So You Think You Can Dance - Finale

The top four dancers of So You Think You Can Dance managed to pull off some very demanding performances on Wednesday night.

Although all of the performances were solid, my favourite of the night was Twitch and Joshua's Russian-themed dance! Their athleticism and performance level were phenomenal.

The lyrical dance choreographed by Wade Robson was also memorable. Danced by Katee and Joshua to John Mayer's "Slow Dancing in a Burning Room," the routine was so honest and passionate, it blew away the audience and judges.

The producers really outdid themselves in preparing the finale. There were so many wonderful surprises, it was a show packed with entertainment.

Not only did judge Mary Murphy perform with Dmitry, but Nigel Lythgoe choreographed a fun routine for the top five boys, and performed alongside Debbie Allen's students in a tap dance.

So You Think You Can Dance alumni also made an appearance on the show. The list of dancers include Travis Wall, Lacye Schwimmer, Benji Schwimmer, Ryan Conferido, Hok, Anya, and many more.

Katee came out as the top girl, earning her the prize of $50,000.

The final two came down to the two boys, however. The fact that two untrained, hip-hop/street dancers made it to the top was amazing. It's a real lesson to the judges too, not to bank solely on contemporary dancers to win the competition.

In the end, Joshua came out as the winner.

It was an amazing season, can't wait for the tour!

Michael Kors to appear on Gossip Girl

Fashion designer Michael Kors is set to make an appearance on a New York Fashion Week themed episode of Gossip Girl.

Says Kors, "I love the clothes, everyone is good-looking, the plot line is a riot. I love the show. They called and said, 'You are very Gossip Girl,' I thought, 'Finally, I am a teenager.' "

MIley spills the beans on her relationship with Nick Jonas

After denying the whole matter for so long, Miley Cyrus is finally talking about her relationship with Nick Jonas.

"We became boyfriend and girlfriend the day we met," the teen queen told Seventeen magazine in their September issue. "He was on a quest to meet me, and he was like, 'I think you're beautiful and I really like you.' And I was like, 'Oh, my gosh, I like you so much.'"

"Nick and I loved each other," she continued. "We still do, but we were in love with each other. For two years he was basically my 24/7. But it was really hard to keep it from people. We were arguing a lot, and it really wasn't fun."

Of their breakup at the end of 2007, Miley said, "At first I bawled for a month straight. I was so sad. I just went into this weird funk. And I dyed my hair black. When we were dating, Nick wanted me to get highlights – and so I did that, and I got myself looking great. And then, on the day we broke up, I was like, I want to make my hair black now – I don't want to look pretty; I want to look hard-core. I was rebelling against everything Nick wanted me to be. And then I was like, I've got to be by myself for now, and just figure out who I really am."

Funny that Miley talks about this now, after denying the relationship several times. Seems like she wants to cause some drama between Nick and his new girlfriend, Selena Gomez (a.k.a. Miley's rival).

"Maybe he'll be my best friend for the rest of my life or maybe I'll end up marrying Nick Jonas!" she added.
