Hilary Duff is back with her "Best of Hilary Duff" album. The CD includes her "greatest hits" as well as two new songs, "Reach Out" and "Holiday."
The new music video for "Reach Out" has just been released. It's a little risqué for a former Disney star, but the you can't deny how fabulous she looks! I'm especially loving the wardrobe and the set, and the song is pretty catchy too.
