Galliano puts men in corsets for his menswear show

Never one to shy away from anything out of the ordinary, John Galliano made sure to make an impact for his Fall 2010 menswear collection.

The show started off with grungier looks. The men were in a sea of black and grey layers of tshirts, hooded overcoats and trapper hats.

The collection took a more dapper turn, with looks that Sherlock Holmes and Hercule Poirot would love. Think single-breasted jackets, waistcoats, leather gloves and capes.

But to make things more interesting, Galliano put his men in corsets. Taking a hint from the ever popular "no-pants" look, the designer even replaced a pair of trousers with corset shorts.

The show closed on an oriental warrior theme. Models with painted-on eight packs sported Galliano's underwear collection for the fall.
