Victoria Justice covers Teen Vogue's September issue

Nickelodeon's latest It-Girl, Victoria Justice, looks adorable on the cover of Teen Vogue's September issue.

The 17-year-old Victorious star spoke to the magazine about her personal style, being compared to Selena Gomez, and her love for Twilight.

The September issue of Teen Vogue will hit newsstands on August 10th.

Selena Gomez launches a fashion line

Well, we already know that she has been deemed a Style Ingenue, so it only makes sense that Selena Gomez is joining the ranks of her fellow Disney stars and launching her own fashion line.

The line will be called Dream Out Loud by Selena Gomez and will be "pretty, feminine and bohemian," which Gomez says reflects her own personal style.

“Growing up in Texas, I was sort of close-minded and kind of a tomboy, but as I’ve traveled, I found such a love of clothes,” said the 17-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place star. “It’s really always been a dream of mine to have a line.”

To start, the line will be a full sportswear collection for fall 2010 selling — Boho dresses, floral printed tops, jeans, skirts, jackets and some accessories such as scarves and hats. Most of the collection is made in an organic soft cotton and all fabrics are recycled or eco-friendly in some way, which was important to Gomez. All items within the collection are made to be mixed and matched, even with the ability to mix prints.

Helping Gomez with the collection is Tony Melillo and Sandra Campos of Cynosure Holdings, a licensing and branding company geared specifically to help grow and sell celebrity labels.

“She has such a good sense of what she likes and what she doesn’t like,” said Melillo, who is the creative director for the Dream Out Loud by Selena Gomez line. “It was surprising as I’ve never worked with someone so young, and never really expected her to be that smart. She has a desire to be involved, and nothing is sent out there without her approval. It’s nice to see her have this genuine interest.”

The pair were spotted together on Sunday in Vancouver, Canada, going out for sushi.

Gomez is currently filming her new film, Ramona and Beezus in Vancouver, while Lautner is working on New Moon.

Nick Jonas is finally publicly talking about his love life, and revealed that he is no longer with Selena Gomez!

Recently on The Insider, a Jonas Brothers fan asked the three heartthrobs if they were dating anyone.

Both Joe and Kevin replied with "no comment," but Nick admitted that he is single.

The brothers also made an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman, and Letterman was able to get them to open up about their past relationships.

On his ex-girlfriend, Miley Cyrus, Nick said, "We went on tour with Miley. Again, going back to the ups and downs, I think that I was 14, so it's, you know, I was pretty young, so I think you can just consider it a young little relationship."

Poor Selena, I guess she'll be hanging out with Miley and Taylor Swift, two other ex-Jonas love interests, very soon!

The popular youth fashion magazine, Teen Vogue, held its sixth annual Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party on Thursday night. The event was held on the rooftop of the Los Angeles county Museum of Art, and featured a runway show of Luella Bartley's Spring 2009 collection.

The young stars who attended included Selena Gomez, Rumer Willis, Emma Roberts, Zac Efron, and Vanessa Hudgens.

Best dressed of the night goes to Selena Gomez, who wore a polka-dot Luella frock, Zac Efron, who looked effortlessly stylish in a simple jeans and t-shirt ensemble paired with a black jacket and grey scarf, and Victoria Justice, who amped up her cool by adding a motorcycle jacket to her party dress.

Worst dressed goes to The Suite Life of Zack and Cody stars, Cole and Dylan Sprouse. You may not be interested in fashion boys, but if you're attending a Teen Vogue party, at least put some effort into what you're wearing!

MIley spills the beans on her relationship with Nick Jonas

After denying the whole matter for so long, Miley Cyrus is finally talking about her relationship with Nick Jonas.

"We became boyfriend and girlfriend the day we met," the teen queen told Seventeen magazine in their September issue. "He was on a quest to meet me, and he was like, 'I think you're beautiful and I really like you.' And I was like, 'Oh, my gosh, I like you so much.'"

"Nick and I loved each other," she continued. "We still do, but we were in love with each other. For two years he was basically my 24/7. But it was really hard to keep it from people. We were arguing a lot, and it really wasn't fun."

Of their breakup at the end of 2007, Miley said, "At first I bawled for a month straight. I was so sad. I just went into this weird funk. And I dyed my hair black. When we were dating, Nick wanted me to get highlights – and so I did that, and I got myself looking great. And then, on the day we broke up, I was like, I want to make my hair black now – I don't want to look pretty; I want to look hard-core. I was rebelling against everything Nick wanted me to be. And then I was like, I've got to be by myself for now, and just figure out who I really am."

Funny that Miley talks about this now, after denying the relationship several times. Seems like she wants to cause some drama between Nick and his new girlfriend, Selena Gomez (a.k.a. Miley's rival).

"Maybe he'll be my best friend for the rest of my life or maybe I'll end up marrying Nick Jonas!" she added.

Instead of fighting her current "whore" status, fifteen-year-old Miley Cyrus is building up a new reputation...of being a bitch.

First, there was tension between her and fellow Disney stars, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato, when Miley and her back-up dancer/best friend, Mandy posted a parody of the two girls on their YouTube account.

Miley later gave Selena and Demi a very insincere apology.

Now, Miley's duking it out with Katy Perry. The 23-year-old singer of I Kissed a Girl recently revealed in an interview that she would love to share a Madonna-Britney-esque kiss with Miley.

Miley's response? "No thanks. She sang on my record. So I think she's kind of getting back at me, because she was doing harmonies and backgrounds."

Ouch!

Perez Hilton contacted Katy, who said, "6 weeks in a row at number one. And she recorded two of my old songs."

Rumours are swirling that Nick Jonas, the youngest of the trio, is dating Selena Gomez, another Disney star.

Selena has been spotted at many of the Jonas Brothers' concerts recently, and she also makes a cameo in their music video for "Burning Up."
