Justin Bieber is releasing a fragrance

...and no doubt it will be flying off the shelves.

Justin Bieber will be releasing a new fragrance called Someday in the fall. The scent will be a blend of fruity floral notes.

"Let’s be real, the way a girl smells is very important to a guy!" the Biebs told WWD. "I have such a deep connection with my fans, so creating a fragrance that I personally love is another way I can bring them closer to my world."

But before you start rolling your eyes (weren't the Bieber OPI nail polishes bad enough?), there is an upside to this celebrity fragrance: it will partner with Giving Back Brands, and donate a portion of sales to Pencils of Promise, and the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Terry Richardson will be shooting the campaign, and rumours are floating that Dree Hemingway will star.

The fragrance will range from $35-$55, depending on the size, and a hair mist is also among the offerings, because let's be serious, the Biebs is all about the hair.

Gaga's fragrance to smell like "blood and semen"

Seems like something the Man Repeller would wear.

According to sources, Lady Gaga has requested that her first fragrance smell like "blood and semen."

Typical of Gaga to choose something so shocking and out there, knowing that her little monsters will support virtually anything she puts her name on.

Gaga's first fragrance with Coty will launch in Spring 2012.

Can't wait?

Would you wear "blood and semen" scented perfume?

Leighton Meester to be the face of Vera Wang's new fragrance

Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester has just been signed as the new face of Vera Wang's next fragrance.

Wang chose Meester because she believed her "beauty, talent and spirit will inspire all the young women that I hope will enjoy this passionate, new young fragrance."

The fragrance will be available in department stores next summer.

Over the weekend, photographer Carter Smith shot the campaign from a balcony in New York City. Meester, of course, was clad in a wine coloured Vera Wang gown.

Can't wait to see the end result!

Hervé Léger teams with Avon to create new fragrances

Always wanted that Hervé Léger dress, but just couldn't get yourself to fork out that much cash?

Well now, Hervé Léger fans can get a piece of the brand through our favourite door-to-door marketing brand, Avon.

Hervé, which is owned by the BCBG Max Azria Group, will be launching two new perfumes this fall: Hervé Léger Femme and Hervé Léger Homme. Though the brand is fairly upscale, it has recently been trying to reach to a more accessible audience (see: Miley Cyrus and Max Azria's Wal-Mart collection).

Avon has tried to make itself more fashion-conscious, especially with its mark. collection, who has signed Twilight's Ashley Grenne as former ambassador Lauren Conrad's replacement. The brand also produces fragrances for Christian Lacroix, Emanuel Ungaro and Cynthia Rowley, and will also be launching Fergie's new fragrance, Outspoken.

So enjoy the luxury of the brand, for a fraction of a price. Besides, what is a woman (or man) without her perfume?

"Robert and I work closely with Coty on these projects, and he said, ‘Marc, you look so great now — you should be the model for men’s fragrance.’ My immediate reaction was, I don’t know. But then I came to see that it made sense ... Once I agreed to be the model, I couldn’t see what I would wear to express this. We tried it with clothes, but it didn’t work. Then Juergen [Teller, who shot the campaign] had the idea for the silver Mylar, and it all came together. The silver Mylar also gives it that flash, that bang ... As a word, it has so many connotations, including a sexual connotation.”

Taylor Lautner to be the next face of Armani?

Move over, David Beckham...Taylor Lautner just may be the next face of Giorgio Armani.

Rumours are swirling that the Italian designer is trying to sign 17-year-old New Moon hottie for a new ad campaign for fragrances and A/X Armani Exchange.

“Giorgio has offered Taylor a deal rumored to be worth millions for the ads,” said an insider.

A rep for Lautner has denied the story, but the insider added, “Taylor is flattered and really considering it.”

If only he could have done the underwear ads! We'll have to wait until he's 18, I guess!

He has some pretty big briefs to fill, but I'm sure he can do it!

Joe Corre quits Agent Provocateur

Image via independent.co.uk

Joseph Corre has quit Agent Provocateur, the lingerie label he founded 15 years ago with his then-wife Serena Rees.

WWD
reported this morning that Corre, son of Vivienne Westwood and Malcom McLaren had left the business last week.

"Over the past few months Joe has been focusing on other projects and I think he just felt - having achieved so much with Agent Provocateur - he wanted to move on to new challenges," Garry Hogarth, the chief executive officer of AP told VOGUE.COM this afternoon. "The business is going well; we are four per cent up on last year and we have a very strong design team, so we are very confident about the future. We won't be looking to replace Joe."

Corre will remain a shareholder of the brand but will have no creative input. He will concentrate on his menswear label, A Child of the Jago, and other projects. Sarah Shotton, AP's head creative designer, will continue to oversee the collections.

AP has also has signed a license with British company BJB to produce a jewelry line, which will launch for the holiday season (some is already available online), and is close to signing a new fragrance license. The firm is also negotiating licenses for bedding, vintage-style sunglasses and umbrellas.

It'll be interesting to see how the brand copes without Corre.

Abercrombie & Fitch sues Beyonce, over "Fierce"

Sasha Fierce clearly didn't see this one coming!

Beyoncé recently announced that she plans to launch a fragrance next spring. She of course, wanted to name the scent "Fierce."

But, Abercrombie & Fitch claims that they've been selling a "Fierce" fragrance since 2002, you know, that one that suffocates you upon entering their store. They fear that Beyoncé's planned fragrance "poses a likelihood of confusion" for customers.

So, they've decided to sue her.

The lawsuit seeks to halt potential trademark infringement, unfair competition and deceptive trade practices.

Kind of ridiculous, don't you think?

Justin Timberlake launches a new fragrance for Givenchy

Ladies, this is the closest you'll get to transforming your boyfriend into at least smelling like Justin Timberlake.

As previously reported, the singer/William Rast designer is the face of Givenchy's newest scents for men: Play and Play Intense, with the ad campaigns hitting the September issues of magazines.

Although Timberlake prefers a person's natural smell (he feels "the greatest scents in the world are pheromones" or "the actual smell of a person's skin"), he enjoyed the process of creating the fragrance.

"I think the way we did [it] was kind of cool,” said the 28-year-old, “because [I got ] to pick notes. I’m not a scientist, I won’t be in there doing the chemistry or mixing the chemicals, [but] I really enjoyed the process of working with Givenchy and getting involved in the actual fragrance. It means more to you. It feels more personal. I actually wear it."

And girlfriend Jessica Biel doesn't seem to mind the new scent on her man. "I get a lot of compliments [from her] when I wear it."

Play by Givenchy is available in stores now.

Angelina Jolie and David Beckham to model together?

This will be way too much hotness to handle!

Last month, Angelina Jolie signed on with Emporio Armani to be the spokesperson for a new fragrance that will debut later this year.

Now, the brand reportedly wants her to join forces with David Beckham, who has modelled in Armani's underwear campaigns since 2007.

“When you have David Beckham and Angelina Jolie signed up to your fashion house it’s a no-brainer to link them up," said a source. “They appeal to a diverse audience and a collaboration would create so much publicity it would push Armani head and shoulders above their rivals."

Contract issues have supposedly yet to be addressed, but marketing experts are beginning to come up with ideas for a print campaign.

The insider also added that the advertisements would be family friendly.

“The two are exceptionally beautiful on camera but both are in committed relationships so the advert would have to be sexy without offending their partners.”

I hope this is true! They would look amazing together!

Marc Jacobs to launch a new fragrance

Good news for all you perfume/Marc Jacobs lovers!

The designer is coming out with a new fragrance this fall called "Lola."

Marc told WWD that while his other fragrance, Daisy, "is more sweet and innocent, Lola is more sensual - the name conjures up a flirtatious, warm spirit."

The perfume will be a mix of pink peppercorn, ruby red grapefruit, vanilla and musk. To make it even more interesting, the bottle's shape will be different, depending on which size you buy.

The perfume will be released in August in the U.S. and in September worldwide.

Anne Hathaway's latest Magnifique commercial

Below is Anne Hathaway's newest commercial for the Lancôme fragrance, "Magnifique." Much different from her previous commercial, but she still looks beautiful as always.

Also, does anyone recognize the song they used in the background?

It's Roisin Murphy's "Ramalama Bang Bang," which was used in a So You Think You Can Dance group routine during its second season.

Twilight fragrance rips off Nina Ricci bottle!

I am so offended...Nina Ricci is my signature scent!

Hot Topic has just released a Twilight-inspired perfume in an apple-shaped bottle to "take a bite."

Here's the thing...the perfume bottle is EXACTLY like the Nina by Nina Ricci bottle. The only difference is the script on the bottle, and the box that it comes in!

Can't wait to hear what the Nina Ricci camp has to say about this!

Emma Watson - the new face of Chanel

Image via msnbcmedia.msn.com

Harry Potter's Emma Watson, a.k.a Hermione Granger has just scored a two-year contract as the new face of Chanel's fragrance, Coco Mademoiselle. The 18-year old actress will be replacing actress Keira Knightly, and will earn roughly $6-million from this deal.

I've been looking at pictures of Emma on the red carpet for the past few years, and I always noticed that she wore Chanel most of the time. At first, I didn't think it suited her, especially when she was younger, but now that she has grown into a classy young woman, it's starting to grow on me.

Do YOU think Emma will be a good representative of Chanel?
