My new favourite band at the moment is Crash Parallel.
I have this thing where, I may not really like a song or an artist, until the music is put into context, or if I see a live performance.
That definitely applied to Crash Parallel. I never really paid attention to their song, "World We Know," but after seeing them perform at the OneRepublic concert last month, I started to love them!
Their album, World We Know, is excellent. If you're into Lifehouse, OneRepublic, etc., you'll most likely love them too.
Check out their latest single below, called "Rain Delays"! It's a live performance, but it sounds pretty much exactly the same as the recorded version.
The piano is beautiful, and there's an amazing guitar solo at the end!
What do you think of Crash Parallel?

So You Think You Can Dance - Week 4!
After missing waay too many episodes, I finally caught most of last night's episode of So You Think You Can Dance!
My favourite dances were definitely the Mia Michaels routines...but my award for best dance of the night goes to....
Twitch and Kherington's "Dreaming with a Broken Heart" routine (again, choreographed by Mia Michaels).
It was so powerful, and told such a great story...and of course, John Mayer's song in the background wasn't too bad either!
Check it out below!

Kanye for LV
There's no doubt that Kanye West is pretty genius. Along with his music career, something else that he claims he's passionate about is fashion.
He's been seen at numerous fashion shows, he's performed for Louis Vuitton at the Brooklyn Museum's ball celebrating Takashi Murakami's "Murakami" exhibit, and he's created his own designs.
Now, Kanye will design a line of footwear for Louis Vuitton.
Can't wait to see what he comes up with!

Schimmel Pegasus Piano
I saw this futuristic-looking grand piano on Kanye's blog.
Ten years ago, Schimmel (the piano I own!) designed 14 ergonomically curved keyboards for celebrities like Eddie Murphy, Lenny Kravitz, and Prince.
The piano features other virtuoso upgrades, such as "an electrically operated hydraulic lid that allows you to control the specific amount of projection desired, a Sostenuto pedal (middle pedal), a fully-adjustable integrated black leather upholstered stool extendible in width, height, and distance to the keyboard, and a hard-wearing professional lacquer finish resulting in a grand piano of breathtaking elegance."
If it were available to the public, it would retail at about $120, 000.
The Wackness Premiere
Last Wednesday, the Cinema Society screened The Wackness, a coming of age film starring Josh Peck (Drake and Josh) and Mary-Kate Olsen, to name a few.
